General

1
Do you provide watch maintenance services like battery changes, overhaul, servicing, and polishing?

Yes. However, these services are only available to existing clients for watches purchased from our boutique.

2
Do you do authentication for watches not purchased at Chrono95?

No, we do not perform open watch authentication at our boutique.

3
Why are some prices not reflected on your website?

These prices will be provided upon request. Please contact us on WhatsApp to enquire about those pieces.

4
Are the photos on your website photos of the actual watch?

Yes, we use only original photos of our inventory taken in-house. We do not use stock photos.

5
If a watch I want is not listed on our website, will you be able to source it for me?

Yes, however, our inventory is primarily focused on high-end, in-demand timepieces. Concierge service or watch pre-ordering is only available to clients seeking to buy difficult-to-obtain pieces from the top brands we specialise in. Please contact us to learn more.

Buying & Selling

1
Do you buy watches? How do I sell my watch to you?

Yes, we do but we are very selective with the watches we take in. If your watch is from a brand and model that we carry and is in good condition, we may be interested. Please talk to us to learn more about this.

Your watch should come with the original box and papers and with receipts for servicing or repair work that may have been done. Please bring the full set to our boutique and have a sale price in mind so we can perform an assessment.

2
What brands or models do you take in?

We primarily focus on the popular models of Rolex, Richard Mille, and Patek Philippe, as reflected in our inventory. If you have a watch of a different brand and want to sell it through our boutique, you may consider consignment.

3
How much can you buy my watch for?

Clients who wish to sell their watch should propose a sale price when offering it to us. We politely decline all requests to offer a purchase price for watches being sold to us.

4
Do you sell watch straps or extra links?

We do not stock or sell
watch straps or links in our boutique.

Consignment

1
How does your consignment work?

Clients who use our consignment service provide us with a take-back price that they have in mind. We then do a mark-up from that price. This means you do not have to worry about a percentage cut when using our consignment service.

2
What do I have to bring along with my watch for consignment?

You should provide the full set as received with the watch – original box, papers, manuals, warranty
card, etc.

3
Why must I leave my watch with you for you to promote it?

We have seen clients walk into our boutique without an appointment and ask to view watches that they have just seen on our website or social media. They generally expect to see the watch in our shop and may even be ready to buy it immediately.

Hence, instant availability for purchase is important if you want us to help your watch sell on consignment. Not having the actual item immediately available for customers may well impede a sale.

4
What are your terms for selling my watch through your company?

If you choose to sell your watch through us, you must not promote your watch on other platforms nor at a lower price. Doing so will result in a conflict of interest.

5
How long must I leave my watch with you?

We recommend leaving your watch with us for at least 2 months for consignment. During those 2 months, we will market it for you.

6
How will you market my watch?

We will promote your watch on our social media platforms and our website. We have an international following, so your watch will be visible to an international audience.

7
Do you charge a fee for promoting my watch on these channels?

No, there are no upfront fees for our promotion of consigned watches. We only make a small margin from this service through a straightforward markup from your asking price.

8
How do you pay after selling a consignment item?

We can either pay the consignee in cash or perform a bank transfer.

9
Can I take my watch back if it is not sold after 2 months?

Yes, you may.

Authenticity & Post-purchase Warranty

1
Are the pieces you sell verified to be authentic and functional?

All timepieces and jewellery sold on this website are verified authentic and in working condition. We do not sell replica watches.

Watches listed all include the original box, instruction booklet and warranty paperwork or card, unless otherwise stated.

Watches we have listed as "pre-owned" have also been verified authentic and are in good working condition. They will come with the original box or warranty paperwork unless otherwise stated.

Note that C95 Holdings Pte Ltd is not affiliated or an authorised dealer of any of the watch brands sold in our boutique. However, we obtain our watches from reputable sources and deal directly with end-users and trusted dealers and distributors worldwide.

2
Are your watches covered by a warranty?

Watches stated as unworn or new will be sold under a manufacturer’s warranty. Watches sold as pre-owned may still be under a manufacturer’s warranty and the year of delivery will be stated along with each post.

We will provide 3 months’ warranty for watches sold that are no longer under a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers the mechanical functions of your automatic watch including (but not limited to) issues with it running fast, running slow, or inexplicably stopping.

This warranty applies only to watches purchased from C95 Holdings Pte Ltd. The servicing or maintenance offered is comparable to any manufacturer’s warranty apart from where the service will be performed.

We employ expert watchmakers qualified to work on all major brands and will perform the services locally.

Factory-authorised replacement parts are used whenever applicable as well. Evidence of abuse above the factory-specified tolerances will void this warranty.

This warranty excludes any water damage due to a loose and/or open crown. It also excludes damage to the crystal due to regular or rough wear.

Replacement of quartz watch batteries is not covered under this warranty either.

Orders & Payment Options

1
When do you ship or release a purchased watch to buyers?

If the person buying the watch is doing so at our boutique, we hand over the watch after payment and the buyer’s inspection. This is one of the reasons we encourage local buyers to come to our boutique for purchases.

Overseas buyers will be required to make payment in full before the watch is prepared for delivery. Courier and insurance charges apply. Note that we can also arrange hand delivery for high-value watches at a fee.

2
